  • Build and manage executive relationships across engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and datacenter planning organizations
  • Influence next-generation datacenter power architectures through engagement with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align platform capabilities with customer requirements for large-scale deployments (>50 MW)
  • Help shape commercialization strategy, market positioning, and ecosystem partnerships for emerging datacenter power solutions
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to help inform product roadmap and business strategy

Who you are and what you bring

  • 8+ years in strategic sales or business development within datacenter power infrastructure, electrical systems, or energy conversion technologies.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure and power systems; experience with medium voltage systems, power electronics, UPS, PDUs, liquid cooling, or related electrical infrastructure preferred
  • Ability to engage credibly with both executive leadership and highly technical engineering teams
  • Track record of negotiating and structuring complex, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Ability to travel as required for customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and industry events
