Senior Statutory Reporting Analyst

Be the statutory expert driving compliance excellence across a global organization.

We’relooking for a detail-driven Senior Statutory Reporting Analystto join our international finance team. In this role,you’llplay a key part in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across multiplejurisdictions—making yourexpertisein statutory reportingessential to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory, Regulatory and TaxReporting (Core Focus):

• Prepare and deliver statutory financial statements across multiple internationaljurisdictions

• Ensure full compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and SOX requirements

• Monitor and implement changes inlocaljurisdictionalregulations

• Build deepexpertisein global statutory reporting frameworks

• Local tax and - government reporting

• Manage quarterly and year-end compliance obligations (statutory, tax, government reporting)

• Compliance

• Support audits and liaise with tax authorities, regulators, and auditors

• Contribute to projects such as M&A, restructurings, and divestitures

• Controlling & Internal Controls:

• Perform balance sheet and P&L monitoring across legal entities

• Execute and enhance SOX and internal control processes

• Drive process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders

• Business Partnering &Process Improvement

• Automate,Optimiseand improve standard processes to achievemaximum operationalexcellence

• Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, and operational teams globally

• Track and report compliance KPIs and deadlines

• Support legal entity directors in meeting statutory obligations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Strong hands-on experience in statutory and compliance reporting

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Provenexpertisein statutory financial reporting across multiplejurisdictions

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

• High attention to detailwith excellent organizational skills

• Effective communicatorwith cross-functional stakeholders

• Proactive, and continuously learning mindset
