Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Integration Specialist to join our Organizational Excellence team. In this role you will shape clear, compelling narratives that support business goals, strengthen brand voice, and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms for our internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in editorial strategy, stakeholder engagement, executive messaging, and campaign development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into accessible content, support leadership with high-impact materials, and help advance organizational priorities through thoughtful narrative development.
Success in this role requires strong writing and editing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency, clarity, and impact.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver updates on mega projects and key PACE initiatives for internal and executive audiences, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear narrative alignment
Draft weekly email updates and recurring stakeholder materials that summarize progress, priorities, risks, and next steps in a concise and engaging format
Create and maintain PowerPoint decks for executive leadership, translating complex information into polished, high-impact presentations
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and validate content for leadership messaging, status reporting, and strategic updates
Support consistent storytelling, editorial quality, and brand voice across all deliverables while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
3+ years of experience in writing communications for senior executives and other leaders
3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
3+ years of experience managing projects that involve cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Program Management Professional (PMP)
Experience in visual storytelling, internal team communication, graphic design, education design, and presentation development

Pay Range: $109,650 - $171,350
