Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of a standardized Test Package and Program Management System, ensuring effective governance, harmonization, and release processes across the product lifecycle from NPI to high-volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making while strengthening organizational capabilities through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and advanced problem-solving methodologies

  • Lead the development, deployment, and sustenance of a standardized Test Package & Program Management System, supporting the product lifecycle from NPI to High Volume Manufacturing across Frontend and Backend manufacturing sites
  • Ownership & responsible to drive the harmonization, governance, and continuous improvement of test package/program verification, buyoff, and release processes through standardized methodologies, best practices, and digital solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Sites, and Development Teams to establish Best Known Methods (BKMs), drive cross-site process optimization, and facilitate technical knowledge sharing
  • Serve as Business Application Owner, translating business requirements into scalable software solutions and collaborating with domain experts and IT teams to deliver productivity, automation, and quality improvements
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency, release quality, and engineering effectiveness
  • Develop organizational capability through technical leadership, competency building, and training while applying advanced analytics and problem-solving methodologies to address product, process, test, and manufacturing challenges

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You strive to leverage your expertise in test program and hardware development, semiconductor manufacturing, data analytics, AI, and statistical methodologies to drive manufacturing performance, product quality, process optimization, and operational excellence across global manufacturing environments. You demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, applying advanced problem-solving, yield improvement, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business and engineering outcomes.

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor wafer sort, final test, or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of test program and test hardware development, qualification, release, and sustenance, with proven experience collaborating across manufacturing sites (e.g. inhouse/subcontractors), and cross-functional engineering organizations
  • Proficient in data analytics, statistical analysis, data mining, and scripting (e.g., Python, R, KNIME), with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to improve manufacturing performance, product quality, and operational efficiency including knowledgeable in AI
  • Solid experience in Test Engineering and/or Product Engineering, with good understanding of semiconductor devices, test methodologies, and Frontend (FE) and/or Backend (BE) manufacturing and production test processes
  • Hands-on experience in process control, yield improvement, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, APC) is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a self-driven mindset and proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive initiatives effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment
