Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Initiate and drive sustainable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and
    manufacturing efficiency across multiple production sites.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives during product ramp-up and high-volume production.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, test, engineering, quality, and
    R&D teams to achieve operational excellence. New Product Introduction (NPI)
    & Change Management
  • Lead complex product ramp-ups from development into
    volume production.
  • Manage production-related change initiatives, ensuring
    effective implementation with minimal business impact.
  • Identify and mitigate
    risks while securing successful industrialization and supply continuity. Global
    Collaboration & Business Partnership
  • Act as the key
    production-management interface for business
    stakeholders and internal
    customers.
  • Provide strategic and operational support on
    manufacturing capabilities, production readiness, and supply chain
    considerations.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and
    production execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple sites,
    functions, and cultures.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive decisions in
    complex, matrix-based organizations.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering,
    Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Additional
    business or management qualifications are considered an advantage. Professional
    Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the
    semiconductor industry.
  • Proven background in one or more of the following
    areas:
  • Product Development
  • Test Development
  • Design Engineering
  • Process Development
  • Manufacturing Engineering Leadership & Project
    Management
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex semiconductor projects
    from concept to production.
  • Strong ability to drive initiatives through
    influence, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
  • Experience working across international and cross-functional teams. Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, product development, and
    production processes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience
    with:
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Statistical methods and process
    control
  • Database tools and manufacturing data systems Personal Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong
    problem-solving mindset with a structured and results-orientedapproach.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of operating effectively in adynamic environment.
  • Ability to inspire and influence without direct authority. Language Skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
