What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, NodeJS, React, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
- Implement robust and scalable solutions that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure high availability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, React, and Next.js.
- Experience working in the government or defense sector, with an understanding of ITAR data handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience in developing enterprise-level applications in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in government contracting.
Compensation and Benefits
