Job Description

About Us
Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake - now one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales channels.
Marketplace sales are operationally complex: pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance all intersect across multiple cloud providers. Suger removes this complexity with an API-first revenue platform that powers quote-to-cash and marketplace workflows at scale.
Launched in 2022, Suger works with over 250 B2B customers, from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re a Series A company backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.
In this role, you’ll define how AI is applied to complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance - areas where correctness, trust, and explainability matter as much as speed. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, GTM teams, and customers to translate real operational pain points into products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented PM role. You’ll work “close to the metal” by shaping platform primitives, data models, and automation boundaries, not just feature specs, and by making tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
This role is ideal for a Senior/Staff Product Manager who:
  • Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
  • Has strong product design sensibility and visual/UX taste
  • Is excited by complex systems and platform products
  • Wants to shape how AI is used in production, not just prototypes
  • Is comfortable partnering deeply with senior engineers and enterprise customers

We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.

In this role, you will

  • Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows, bringing strong UX instincts and design taste to every interaction - and continuously iterate based on real customer behavior.
  • Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions, partnering closely with engineering to ship correct, transparent, and reliable features in production.
  • Define and track success metrics including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions team to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and occasionally support onboarding to deeply understand edge cases and trust concerns around automation.

We're seeking someone with experience including:

  • 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in tech, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software, with a portfolio or track record that demonstrates strong design instincts.
  • Strong product design sensibility - you have taste, can give sharp design feedback, and care deeply about UX quality.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, automation, or data-intensive systems - you understand how to build trust and reliability into automated workflows.
  • Fluency across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through production, iteration, and monitoring.
  • Strong critical thinking: you identify the real problem, not just the stated one.
  • Clear, confident communication across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, revenue ops, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a plus

Why You Join Us

  • Base Pay Range: $130,000 - 180,000 CAD
  • Competitive compensation and equity plan.
  • Monthly office stipends for lunch and commute-related benefits.
  • Full healthcare benefits - extended health care, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Work alongside a top-notch team with experience at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square - building AI agent and AI infrastructure SaaS that powers revenue workflows.
  • Own a major pillar of our go-to-market strategy from day one - driving architecture, engineering standards, and platform reliability with the autonomy to build what you think is right.
  • Fast-moving, flat org with real product-market fit and big ambitions where you’ll ship quickly, influence the roadmap, and see direct customer impact.
