Are you a Senior Product Designer who loves taking new features from initial idea to launch while also making great products even better? A growing women’s health brand is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join its App Features team on a freelance basis. You’ll be part of an international team of smart and ambitious colleagues working together to push women’s health forward through research, technology, and true care for the end user.

You’ll own the design of new features from early insights and concepts through to polished UI and implementation while also improving the core app experiences users rely on every day. Working side-by-side with another Product Designer and collaborating across Product and Engineering, you’ll navigate complex projects, share ideas, challenge each other, and have a real say in what gets built and why.

What you’ll do

• Design and launch new app features and shape how they evolve after launch.
• Work closely with Product Managers to improve existing features, using data and research to identify what to prioritize.
• Partner closely with another Product Designer, sharing design decisions, exchanging feedback, and taking joint ownership of the team’s design work.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers across the organization to turn ideas into shipped experiences.
• Contribute to key product and strategy decisions, always bringing the user's perspective to the table.
• Present your work, thinking, and design rationale to stakeholders across the organization.

What you have:

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• A strong portfolio of successful product work, including both new products and new feature launches.
• A thorough understanding of the product design process, UI design, UX, and user research methods.
• Experience leading complex projects involving collaboration across teams and platforms.
• The ability to develop concepts for new products and ideas, as well as evolve existing digital products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
• A collaborative mindset and experience sharing ownership and making decisions together with other designers.

Experience working with health, medical, or other regulated products is a plus.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Stockholm, with a hybrid-first setup and occasional in-person workshops or team sessions. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The initial contract is for six months, with the ambition to transition into a permanent position.
