负责游戏UGC管线、创作工具与模板、运营能力、Gameplay模块相关设计与制作。
1. 3年及以上游戏策划经验;对多种游戏类型有广泛涉猎和深入研究,能清晰解构其玩法系统
2. 具备强大的系统思维和逻辑能力,能独立完成从体验拆解、文档撰写到开发跟进的全流程
3. 对UGC生态有深刻洞察,熟悉各个主流UGC游戏、编辑器产品,且至少具备以下一项经验:
* 创作经验: 在Roblox/元梦之星/蛋仔派对等平台有高质量创作作品
* 管线/工具设计经验: 主导或深度参与过内容编辑器、工作流管线设计
* 运营经验: 策划过创作者激励计划、内容运营活动等
4.具备一定技术策划能力,熟悉Unity/UE等至少一款主流游戏引擎的基本操作,能与开发流畅沟通,了解技术实现的边界

具备大语言模型的Prompt Engineering能力,有大语言模型集成应用经验者优先。
