As a Senior Staff Engineer Technology Integration in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Own
  and lead the Risk Interaction Assessment and Mitigation work packages, ensuring
  effective identification and management of integration-related risks.

• Drive
  the integration of unit processes (BOM and Process) within the package
  platform, including risk assessment, process interaction studies, and process
  flow development.

• Serve
  as the key technical partner for Front-End (FE) teams on FE/BE interaction and
  integration topics, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

• Support
  pre-development activities for new chip technologies, contributing technical
  expertise to enable future technology readiness.

• Act
  as a driver and/or team member in 8D problem-solving activities to investigate
  and resolve interaction-related issues.

• Provide
  technical guidance and support to project teams on process interaction and
  integration-related topics as required.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in
  Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical,
  Electronics, or Physics.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the
  IC/semiconductor industry, with knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly,
  and Test processes.

• Demonstrated aptitude for effective communication,
  collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  

• Experience in applying 8D and T6S methodologies for
  issue resolution and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of internal package analysis and first-level
  reliability assessment.
