Senior Staff Engineer Product (Automotive SoC)

Location: Samut Prakan (initial 6-month assignment in
Nonthaburi)

Salary: THB 90,000 110,000 / month

We are seeking a
Senior Staff Engineer to lead yield improvement initiatives for next-generation
automotive SoC products. This role offers the opportunity to work
cross-functionally with global engineering teams, driving product quality,
stability, and performance from wafer sort through back-end testing.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage yield
  improvement for new automotive SoCs from wafer sort to final testing
• Collaborate with design,
  process, reliability, and test engineering to identify root causes and
  resolve yield, stability, and quality issues
• Analyze yield data to spot
  trends and recommend improvement actions
• Develop yield roadmaps,
  dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
• Provide updates during
  product development milestone reviews
• Drive cross-functional
  problem-solving to meet yield targets and enhance product reliability
• Act as the interface between
  engineering and manufacturing for yield optimization

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters in
  Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of FEOL/BEOL
  process technology, fab parametric test correlation, and memory cell/array
  characterization
• Familiarity with
  semiconductor test flows, ATE concepts, and yield detractor root cause
  analysis
• Experience with automotive
  SoCs and yield analysis tools (e.g., PDF Exensio, Silicon.DA)
• Strong analytical,
  problem-solving, and communication skills
• Leadership experience in
  managing multidisciplinary teams; people development experience preferred
• Independent, proactive, and
  fluent in English
• AI/ML application knowledge
  is an advantage
• Candidates with a consumer
  applications background will also be considered
