Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive the design of digital micro-architectures based on architectural specifications and requirements, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions
• Develop complex Digital IP designs, working independently or collaboratively within a broader design team to deliver project objectives
• Partner with architecture, verification, and implementation teams to refine designs and enable efficient verification and implementation cycles
• Ensure achievement of performance, power, and area (PPA) targets throughout the design process
• Perform linting, RTL synthesis, and DFT activities to validate design implementability and support successful RTL sign-off
• Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions, helping to continuously improve design quality and outcomes
• Create and maintain clear design documentation to support knowledge sharing, alignment, and project execution

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant design experience, with recognized expertise in the development of complex Digital IP designs
• Strong ability to develop high-quality RTL code optimized for high performance and low area, with a solid understanding of RTL-to-gate-level implementation
• In-depth knowledge of frontend design methodologies and flows
• Experience with requirements-driven development flows, as well as safety-critical products and ISO 26262 standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
