Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements; translate them into clear user stories, data requirements, and technical tasks.
Contribute to user-friendly reporting and dashboard experiences by applying standard UI/UX practices and incorporating end-user feedback.
Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and orchestration workflows for procurement data from ERP systems and other sources, following established architecture and standards.
Design and implement scalable data models and curated data sets (lake/warehouse) to support analytics and reporting needs.
Implement and monitor data quality checks and documentation; support compliance with organizational data governance and control requirements.
Develop and maintain data extracts, APIs, and automation routines as needed to improve procurement reporting and operational insights.
Collaborate with team members through design discussions and peer code reviews; contribute to shared patterns, documentation, and technical hygiene.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and cost of data solutions; recommend and help pilot enhancements in collaboration with the broader data platform team.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, supply chain management or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field (supply chain/procurement analytics experience is required).
Hands-on experience implementing data solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and supporting production workloads.
Demonstrated ability to deliver data products end-to-end (requirements, build, test, deploy, support) with measurable impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to prioritize work and align solutions to business needs.
Travel Percentage: 10%
