Boeing Enterprise Certification Systems is seeking a self-motivated Staff Analyst -Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness in Everett, WA

The successful candidate will possess strong skills in the following areas: collaboration, communication, analysis, and integration. The person will also have demonstrated a high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior (Level 4) or Senior (Level 5) Staff Analyst.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provides ownership of executive reviews, coordinate leadership schedules, develop executive level briefings, and track performance to plan for priority projects.
  • Plans, schedules, executes, and continuously improves the organization’s meetings, reviews and operating rhythm. Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Provides project management of the organization’s Continuous Improvement project portfolio.
  • Discovers new opportunities and presents innovative solutions to problems by looking beyond current practices.
  • Leads projects and initiatives that are organizationally related as well as coordination with other business units, subsidiaries and partner organizations.
  • Acts as an organizational resource for business support.
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of team-building activities and initiatives.
  • Builds relationships and strive to be a trusted business partner, peer, and mentor.
  • Leads the efforts to develop and deploy broad organizational plans and strategies.
  • Provides ownership of executive reviews and tracking performance to plan.
  • Consults and collaborates with executive leadership to develop meeting purpose and content.
  • Develops, maintains and ensures execution of project schedule and budget.
  • Oversees business unit level facility requirements.
  • Assumes overall responsibility for the design, development and deployment of site-wide employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Leads training activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
  • 10+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to Senior leader
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, to summarize findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Experience creating executive level briefings
  • Experience working with and communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • Experience developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Level 5: 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience building positive relationships and effectively engaging customers
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Management Level

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Range:

  • Senior (Level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
  • Senior (Level 5): $131,750 - $178,250
