ABOUT THIS POSITION
Waystar, a leader in innovative healthcare software solutions, is actively seeking a Manager, Client Integration with a blend of technical prowess, passion for healthcare technology, and a knack for problem-solving. WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Oversee and direct team of client integration engineers by defining their daily and operational priorities and providing day to day leadership and development
•Leverage your expertise in software and systems engineering to manage and support our large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
•Act as a technical liaison, gathering and defining client-specific integration requirements.
•Collaborate with project teams to drive software development, system configurations, and continuous improvements.
•Oversee the full software development life cycle, from requirement analysis and design to coding, testing, documentation, and system installation.
•Provide data center and customer support as required, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our systems.
•Mentor and lead a team of talented integrations engineers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 3 to 5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Experience in Java or another object-oriented programming language required.
• Strong background in Production Engineering; experience with large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated abilities in gathering and defining technical requirements.
• Proven experience in managing the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and installation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent quality work.
• A passion for healthcare technology and its potential to transform lives.
