We are looking for a SQL and C# Developer to join our Trading Regulatory Reporting Team in Riga within SEB’s Technology area. The team already consists of dedicated persons who are delivering regulatory reporting for SEB and its clients. We work based in Stockholm & Riga as a large virtual team using agile methodologies. And we are now looking for a SQL/C# Developer to be part of one of our agile teams and working on shaping our applications for the future.  What you will be doing Regulatory Reporting has been an important part of the financial services industry during the last 10 years, and, to adapt to all market changes. The application we use today is an in-house built reporting engine built on Microsoft platform that delivers key information to regulators to keep SEB compliant throughout its Trading services.  You will be based in Riga and work in an international and friendly environment in close cooperation with different teams in Sweden, Latvia and other countries. We see you as a candidate that can play an important role in our SAFe agile team, working on transforming, developing and maintaining our applications. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Highly skilled in MS SQL and C# .Net
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience of large administrative systems with many integrations, built on Microsoft platform
  • Experience of system design 
  • Experience from Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps
  • Experience from message-oriented middleware (MOM)
  • A coaching mindset and are ready to share knowledge with the rest of the team
  • We also believe you are enjoying the Agile way of working
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience of developing cloud applications
  • Experience with parallel and concurrent programming (message passing paradigm) 
  • Experience of integration data design 
  • Experience from working in a bank with reporting applications

Monthly salary range for this position starting from: 3300 - 4750 EUR (before tax deduction).
