TouchPoint, a product of Constellation HomeBuilder Systems,is a modern web portal for residential homebuilding contractors, trades and suppliers to manage and track their orders, payments, and schedules for any Constellation builder they work with.

The Position:
We are seekinga SeniorSQA Analystprofessional with significant expertise in manual testing to work as an extension of the R&D team andhelp ensurethe high-qualityand timely delivery of projects of long-term significance. Working out of the Contour SoftwareKarachiresource center office, the successful hire will collaborate withPakistanandNorthern Americateam members
Required Qualifications & Skills:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,or related discipline.
5to 8years ofprofessionalQA experience with customer-facing enterprise applications.
Strong experience and proficiency in manual testing, approaches,and test planning.
Experience and proficiency in database knowledge, testingand SQL query writing.
Knowledge and experience ofAPI testing.
Strong test documentation, test management, test execution,and reporting skills.
Strong ability to think outside the box for testing applications.
Experience with necessary testing tools such as bug tracking tools/applications (e.g.,Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence).
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (English).
Strong ability to understand businessprocessesand logic.
Strong ability to escalate issues to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented agile environment with distributed team structure.
Ability to work independently, and vocal enough to bring up his/her ideas and concerns at the right time in front of the right audience inthe rightmanner.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a mindset to troubleshoot and identify the problem.
Team player with positive attitude of let’s do/achieve together.

Responsibilities:
Understand/absorb business domain/product/requirements.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential project risks.
Design, develop & maintain Test Cases/Scripts for multiple releases.
Configure and maintain testing environments for multiple executions.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System & Performance level testingand/oranymanual testing as needed
Ensure software defects are collected and trackedconsistentlywith theagreed-upondocumentation scheme and report defects to the project team as appropriate.
Report recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential areas of improvement.
Liaison with product developers and technical support specialists regarding product issues.
Work closely with development counterparts throughout the SDLC to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintainup-to-dateQA/Process/Product related artifacts.
Maintain awareness of the progress and status of allquality teamwork being undertaken, report, and advise the management on the recommendations
Makerecommendationsand assist theTeamLead/Manager with the internal continuous process improvement program.
Contribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA best practices.
