You will be responsible for building and scaling high-impact creator partnerships that go beyond reach, focusing instead on measurable conversions and business outcomes. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will own campaigns from ideation through execution, while also directly closing high-value deals. You will lead a small but growing team, shaping processes, performance standards, and execution quality across multiple platforms. In a fast-evolving digital ecosystem, you will help define how creator-driven growth is built from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
