Welcome to AIM Therapy for Children!
We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care
We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale & Jindalee!
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.
We’re looking for experienced Speech Pathologists to join our growing team in Canning Vale.
Whether you're an early-career clinician eager to learn or an experienced Speechie ready to take the next step into a senior role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while supporting children and their families to thrive.
At AIM Therapy, our Speech Pathologists are empowered to do their best work. You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values shared learning, clinical excellence, and celebrating successes together. We provide the support, flexibility, and professional development opportunities you need to grow your skills, explore creative approaches to therapy, and build genuine, lasting relationships with the children and families you support.
