We’re seeking Senior Specialist, based in Pune, India office. In this role you will support the Operational and Product activities for the Account Payout Network / Direct-to-Bank service, ensuring stable performance, strong reporting, and continuous product improvement. The role combines operational analytics, service monitoring, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Define, build, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
    • Track and analyze key product metrics and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Provide insights on performance trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Operational Monitoring & Trend Analysis
    • Perform daily monitoring of service health, including outage detection and impact analysis.
    • Analyze past, current, and forecasted trends to identify systemic issues and growth drivers.
    • Proactively identify and recommend process, product, and operational improvements
  • Product & Service Performance
    • Support the ongoing optimization of the Direct-to-Bank payout product
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to improve reliability, scalability, and customer outcomes.
    • Track and escalate operational risks and service degradation appropriately.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage and support a small local operational team
    • Delegate workload effectively to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
    • Coach team members, support skill development, and foster a performance-driven culture.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, product operations, payments, fintech, or banking
  • Proven experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots); basic BI/dashboard experience is a plus
  • Experience with daily operational monitoring, trend analysis, and issue identification
  • Ability to analyze service outages and performance trends
  • Basic leadership experience (team lead, senior analyst, or readiness to manage a small team)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly (English)
