About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Tech, you will own end-to-end hiring across business and corporate functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting fundamentals with excellent stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define role expectations, and establish effective hiring plans.
  • Develop and execute targeted talent sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring business roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations.
  • Drive offer discussions and negotiations, addressing candidate concerns and ensuring a smooth closing process.
  • Proactively identify hiring risks, bottlenecks, and market challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance.
  • Leverage market intelligence and talent mapping to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes, interview practices, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Support strategic TA initiatives and projects as the team continues to scale globally.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably within a high-growth startup, SaaS, fintech, or global organization.
  • Strong experience hiring across multiple non-technical/business functions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage hiring mandates from intake to closure.
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge hiring managers when required.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Experience managing offer negotiations and closing candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to use recruiting metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
