About the role:

Why the role matters?

• Drive end-to-end sourcing activities that deliver strong commercial outcomes and minimise risk across critical operations
• Partner with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities and long-term value creation
• Lead supplier engagement and negotiations to unlock value, innovation and sustainable outcomes
• Leverage market insights and data to shape sourcing strategies and support better decision-making
• Contribute to safer, more sustainable supplier practices aligned with HSE and social responsibility goals

What will you bring?

• Demonstrated capability leading end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, managing complex supplier relationships, and provide commercial guidance to Drilling, Completion and Workover leadership.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify value levers and balance cost, risk and performance
• Confidence navigating contracts, negotiations and supplier relationships to deliver optimal outcomes
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a dynamic environment
