We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce to lead data-driven insights and optimize customer relationship management within the Salesforce Analytics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced Salesforce CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
• Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using Salesforce Analytics capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce technologies
• Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes.
• Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to business challenges.
