Drive growth for our clients
As our Senior Specialist you will bridge the gap between technical search excellence and high level business strategy. You will be a hands-on specialist who enjoys the mix of technical auditing and content optimisation while acting as a commercial partner for our clients.
Specifically you can look forward to:
Developing and executing holistic SEO strategies that balance technical health with scalable content production.
Using AI and LLMs to automate manual workflows and improve the speed of data analysis without losing quality.
Connecting SEO performance to commercial business goals using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and GA4.
Guiding clients through the shift toward "Answer Engines" by adapting strategies for Generative AI (GEO).
Sparing with and mentoring younger colleagues to support their professional development and quality of work.
Assisting in the development of sales proposals and presenting the commercial ROI of SEO to C-level stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities to optimise content processes for large scale operations through automation.
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure SEO is integrated into the broader marketing mix.

s360's SEO team consists of 50+ specialists spread across 6 markets who work together every day to help our clients grow. You will join a strong SEO department, where learning and knowledge sharing is at our core. You will be part of the Finnish SEO team, which consists of 4 team members. The Finnish SEO team also works actively and closely with other markets on a monthly basis.

SEO Specialist with a proactive and innovative mindset
We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven SEO Specialist. With an innovative mindset and a constant drive to improve, you’ll find creative solutions that boost SEO efforts.
To the role you will bring:
3-5 years of experience in both Technical SEO and Content Strategy, ideally from an agency environment.
Proven experience in managing large-scale content operations and identifying growth opportunities through process optimisation or automation.
We consider it an advantage if you also have experience with common SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience in connecting SEO data to broader business goals using tools such as Looker Studio and advanced GA4 analysis.
The ability to leverage AI ( LLMs) to streamline workflows, analyze data, and structure content.
Communication skills that enable you to engage clients and stakeholders effectively across the full client journey—from pitch to delivery and ongoing collaboration.
Professional level fluency in Finnish and English (both written and verbal). Given our regional reach, proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus.
