Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Translate customer demand into Back-End capacity requirements, with primary focus on the rolling next 6 months.

  • Support new product ramp-up and demand changes by ensuring adequate Back-End capacity is available at the required time.
  • Monitor capacity utilization and loading trends and initiate corrective actions to avoid both capacity shortages and excessive idle capacity.
  • Optimize capacity utilization while minimizing excess inventory and idle costs, balancing customer service requirements with operational efficiency.
  • Provide clear capacity outlook, risks, and action plans to support business and supply-chain decision-making.
