Job Description

The Senior Specialist - SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing will be a key member of our SAP Procurement - Delivery department, Bristlecone India Limited. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, with a focus on enhancing the user experience through Guided Buying, catalogs, and efficient workflows. The specialist will integrate these solutions with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, ensuring smooth PO and invoice processing. Additionally, they will manage change, provide user training, and maintain compliance, with a particular emphasis on CIG integration and Ariba Network expertise.

• Lead the design and configuration of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and user experience enhancements.
• Integrate P2P solutions with SAP ERPs (S/4HANA/ECC) for seamless PO and invoice processing, maintaining data integrity and efficiency.
• Manage change and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition during solution implementation.
• Provide comprehensive training to users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the P2P system and its features.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the areas of CIG integration and Ariba Network protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the P2P solution meets organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP Ariba and ERP systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Document and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date system documentation, ensuring easy access for all relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful P2P solution implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ECC and its integration capabilities with SAP Ariba.
• Expertise in CIG integration and Ariba Network, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and user-friendly solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear instructions to users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP Ariba and ERP systems.
