We are launching a strategic HR transformation: While our core HCM processes will move to SAP S/4HANA, we plan to implement SAP SuccessFactors for Talent Management modules. To support this transformation, we are looking for a Senior Specialist with deep expertise in both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Talent Modules

Your Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the strategic transformation of the current SAP HCM landscape to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with future-ready HR process models and architecture.
  • Actively contribute to streamlining, standardizing, and harmonizing HR processes and systems across the global HR landscape to enable an integrated and efficient digital HR ecosystem.
  • Take ownership of sub-projects design, configuration, and operational implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Recruiting).
  • Independently perform system configuration and customizing based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business leads, IT teams, and external partners to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business strategies into system processes and technical configurations.
  • Support system governance, process harmonization, and user enablement initiatives.
  • Continuously drive innovation, improvements, and optimization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • In close collaboration with a colleague, you will contribute to the Solution Architecture for the Talent Suite, ensuring a holistic, scalable, and integrated system design across all modules.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with a strong focus on Talent Modules.
  • Solid knowledge of Employee Central (EC); project experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in SAP HCM on-premise (e.g., PA/OM, interfaces); experience in HCM transformations or migrations to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Experience in both consulting and/or corporate environments is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration activities (e.g., data cleansing, transformation, and import) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive sub-projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across HR, IT, and business leadership.
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory; German is a plus.

For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience. We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR € 53.898,60 .
