About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in SAP Applications, you will provide technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with DKSH's global business needs, particularly in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead the development and enhancement of SAP or S/4HANA FICO applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to specialists.
• Ensure functional design aligns with DKSH's SAP architecture and standards.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SAP or S/4HANA FICO solutions.
• Design custom solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Support deployment and post-go-live activities, ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of SAP applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a finance-related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO.
• Strong understanding of finance business operations.
• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO and different project methodologies.
• Deep expertise in SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and integration with SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences and demonstrate strong listening and comprehension.
• Embraces change and adapts quickly to new challenges.
