As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP technical solutions across various modules. Your expertise in ABAP development, technical architecture, and integrations will be instrumental in delivering innovative and efficient solutions. • Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Implement and enhance SAP modules, focusing on ABAP development and customization.
• Architect and integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document and maintain technical specifications and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation.
• Contribute to the company's digital transformation initiatives and strategic projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and architecture.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, and related technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP and SAP UI5/Fiori.
• Experience in SAP integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM).
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
