As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions, ensuring they align with our business needs. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the SAP IBP team, ensuring efficient and effective solution delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain planning, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of SAP IBP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference.
• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other departments on SAP IBP-related queries.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the SAP IBP environment, implementing best practices and compliance measures.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP modules, with a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP reporting and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning and SAP IBP.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
