As a Senior Specialist - SAP, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP modernization initiatives. Your expertise in SAP Basis administration, GRC plugin patches, and incident management will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP landscape. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your skills to enhance the performance and stability of our SAP environment.

• Manage and optimize SAP Basis infrastructure, including database and application servers.
• Install, configure, and maintain GRC 12 plugin patches, ensuring seamless integration with the SAP landscape.
• Actively participate in the Major Incident Management Team, providing expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and timely issue resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular system health checks and audits, identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a strong focus on SAP GRC.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GRC 12 plugin patches and incident management processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver products, including ABAP, JAVA, and BOBJ.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex SAP incidents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to system monitoring and performance optimization.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
