Job Description

Contributing to the achievement of sales and profit targets, analyze/improve merchandiser (MD) management and activities, and improve planogram in Modern Trade.

  • Manage and analyze MD activities, identify issues, and then develop/execute improvement plans based on them.
  • Capture and analyze actual store conditions, and then design/execute optimal planogram with Marketing / Sales Department.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any related courses.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within a(FMCG) company.
  • Experience in MD management preferably
  • Strategical and logical thinking skills
  • Excellent Problem-Solving & Analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and creative
  • Microsoft office proficiency
