
We are seeking a dynamic detail-oriented reporting Senior Specialistto support the Project Management Office (PMO ) in a leading law firm This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable project and portfolio reporting, developing executive dashboards, and leading the transition of project tracking and reporting tools from Smartsheet to Microsoft Project. This individual will play a key role in overseeing projects in portfolio, reporting, developing performance dashboards, and managing the transition of Project Tracking and reporting tools from Smartsheet to MS Project.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead PMO Reporting process across multi ple -projects and& programs, ensuring data accuracy , consistency, and timeliness
· Design, develop, maintain, and automate project and portfolio dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from MS Project and other tools
· Manage and guide the migrationnavigation from Smart sSheet to MS Project, including defining data mapping, process design, user training, and development of standardized reporting templates. creating new reporting templates as needed
· Collaborate and partner with Project Managers, businessbusiness functions analysts, and senior leadership executives to align reporting standards with organizational strategies and objectives
·Produce executive-level status reports and insights tracking that monitor KPIs, resource utilization, budgets, risks, and milestone s performance
· Establish and enforce Ensure consistent reporting practices in and compliance with internal governance standards, audit requirements, and other Firm polic ies.
·Continuously identify opportunities to improve data management , reporting processes, and visualization capabilities to enhance decision-making and transparency.
Required Qualifications
·BA in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
· 6+ years of experience in project reporting anddata analysis experience; ideally in a professional services firm
· Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization Proven experience with MS Project or PMO within a law firm or financial institution, Power BI, and Excel for Portfolio tracking and reporting and SharePoint Ability to leverage data effectively to create comprehensive report to share with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
·Direct experience with Microsoft Project and Smartsheet including and managing tool transitions or system upgrades
·Strong understanding of Project Management Frameworks, PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall , etc.
·Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
·PMP or related certification
·Experience in developing automated data pipelines or integrating multi ple -data sources for reporting.
· Experience supporting an enterprise PMO within a professional serviceenvironment.
·Familiarity with industry reporting standards
Salary Information
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
