The Senior Specialist, Rental Marketing Strategy serves as a key strategic partner supporting the execution of revenue-driving marketing initiatives across Holiday Inn Club Vacations' Rental business. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns by partnering closely with Marketing Strategy, Channel Strategy, Revenue Management, Creative, Digital Marketing, Analytics, CRM, and external partners.
This role will own campaign planning, strategic brief development, project coordination, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization recommendations while ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans that support Rental business objectives, including promotional planning, campaign brief development, annual marketing planning, offer strategy, audience recommendations, and aligning initiatives with revenue goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution and project management by partnering with Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Web, Revenue Management, Analytics, Operations, and external partners to support timely campaign launches, maintain project timelines, facilitate stakeholder communication, and help resolve project issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance by evaluating campaign results across channels, preparing executive-ready reports and AARs, identifying trends, developing optimization recommendations, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Support ongoing marketing programs and digital merchandising by maintaining the sales calendar, coordinating website merchandising and promotional content updates, reviewing creative for alignment with campaign strategy, and helping ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels.
- Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives by identifying workflow efficiencies, supporting campaign testing, documenting best practices, assisting with annual planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects and business initiatives.
EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy (traditional marketing strategy role experience preferred; hospitality experience preferred but not required)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue
- Strong understanding of evaluating and translating campaign results and KPIs in relation to overall business strategies and goals
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Proven ability to write campaign briefs, outline campaign plans, and develop formal AAR decks
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and work across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors.
- First-hand experience utilizing a project management tool in a corporate environment preferred (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
The standard schedule for this role is full time business hours (9-5, M-F) with the ability to work remotely on Fridays.
Schedules could vary depending on business needs, and may entail occasionally working nights, weekends or holidays. Must be reasonably flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
