In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a high‑performing team delivering robust project management, controls, governance and performance monitoring to support evidence‑based decision‑making across the branch. This role will see you providing expert leadership and coordination across business planning, project assurance, reporting, and delivery support, while partnering closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to strengthen consistency and capability.
You will lead and embed effective project controls, reporting and governance frameworks to drive improved transparency, accountability and performance outcomes in a complex, fast‑paced, matrix operating environment.

About you
Your strong project governance, performance management and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across infrastructure, transport, planning or large‑scale public or private sector organisations, will see you excel in managing competing priorities, influencing diverse stakeholders, and delivering clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reporting and assurance activities, leading to better‑informed decisions, improved delivery confidence and consistent branch‑wide practices.
You’re recognized as a trusted advisor and collaborator, skilled at navigating complexity, applying best‑practice project management disciplines, and translating data into meaningful insights, with experience in project controls, milestone tracking, risk and change management, governance frameworks and cross‑functional collaboration.
