As a Senior Specialist Procurement Digital Transformation on our Corporate Functions team, become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support and implement Procurement Digitalization Projects, combining procurement expertise with classical and agile project management methodologies
• Ensure digital procurement initiatives are aligned with strategic planning, securing leadership commitment, resources, and successful execution
• Lead digital project delivery, serving as the primary interface with IT and D&I Hub while ensuring alignment with the Procurement roadmap and business priorities
• Partner with Procurement teams, Business Process Owners, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integrated digital solutions using tools such as ABBYY, Dataiku, Knime, RPA, and Winshuttle
• Develop no-code/low-code solutions and leverage advanced analytics to drive innovation, improve procurement KPIs, and deliver measurable business value
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and digital literacy across the Procurement organization
• Establish and maintain digital procurement governance, including guidance, standards, business cases, prioritization, and risk management frameworks with supporting training and controls

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Master’s
  degree in the area of Engineering,
  Economics or Supply Chain Management - Business Management Degree (MBA) is advantageous
• More than 5
  years of professional experience in Digital
  Solutions and 3 years in Digital
  Solutions in the Procurement field
• Global intercultural
  experience with demonstrated achievements in global Projects
• Strong experience in Project
  Management of worldwide cross-functional teams
• A strong digital
  mindset and a track record of implementation
  of digital/ innovative solutions, aligned with curiosity about digital solutions and AI
• Successfully managed
  relationships both with internal
  stakeholders and external suppliers
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
