As a Senior Specialist, Experience, Technology and Compliance (Platform SX,) you will maintain and optimize web and connected digital platforms with a focus on content management, layout, and experience across CMS and CRM tools. You will also maintain and improve online content to be visually cohesive, responsive, accessible and aligned with objectives and outcomes. The role supports website management, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, and digital reporting for campaigns and user journeys.

This is a full-time, permanent position offered in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Hybrid or remote.

About the Opportunity:

  • Manage and optimize websites and digital platforms, including WordPress and SharePoint environments, maintaining page layouts, templates, navigation, and content structure while ensuring responsive, mobile-first design and consistent user experience.
  • Support CRM and digital marketing tools by setting up and managing forms, landing pages, email communications, and dashboards to track digital engagement and campaign performance.
  • Ensure governance, privacy, and accessibility compliance, maintaining standards for content structure, permissions, and digital practices aligned with privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Monitor website performance and quality assurance, including speed, uptime, usability, and broken links, while supporting campaign tracking, reporting, and coordinating digital initiatives across teams and multiple digital properties.

About You:

You bring 3-5 years of experience working with WordPress, SharePoint or similar CMS platforms and:

  • Diploma or degree is digital communications, technology and culture or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing responsive website layout page structure and templates.
  • Experience building pages with CMS visual builders or low code tools.
  • Strong documentation skills and a systems thinking approach to platforms and processes.
  • Ability to translate content strategy and requirements into structured web layouts and journeys.
  • Experience leading platform work across multiple sites or business units.
  • Experience shaping governance, standards or roadmaps for web and digital platforms.
  • Experience coaching others on platform use, layout standards or digital governance.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to internal meetings or client engagements.

Experience in regulated or privacy sensitive environments, with HubSpot or similar marketing / CRM platforms, familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot reporting and basic understanding of HTML / CSS for problem solving and collaboration with developers is an asset.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.

Compensation:

Starting annual compensation of $55,500-$77,000 plus rewarding benefits package. The offered compensation will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
