We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in Pediatrics to join a leading healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive pediatric care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of children's health conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses effectively.
• Deliver preventive pediatric healthcare services such as immunizations and developmental screenings.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure holistic care.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pediatric staff and trainees.
• Engage with patients' families to educate and support health management plans.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and pediatric research projects.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree with completion of Pediatric residency training.
• Board certification in Pediatrics is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in pediatric clinical practice, preferably within a leading healthcare facility.
• Valid medical license for the jurisdiction of practice.
• Excellent clinical expertise in pediatric medicine and patient care.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact well with children and families.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Committed to continuous professional development and knowledge of latest pediatric healthcare developments.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
