High performance isn't a given. It’s built on standards.
Standards that have driven McLaren for over 60 years.
And if you’re ready for the challenge, that standard is yours to own.
Burning enthusiasm. Constant improvement. The thrill in the pursuit of better.
That’s how we build a legacy. And how you build a career here.
Because racing isn’t just something we do. It’s who we are.
We are racers.
Are you?
As Senior Specialist, Partner Operations, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). You will build and align partner-facing processes with other racing series and the wider commercial operating model, helping to deliver contractual rights and support partnership value.
You will develop the processes and supporting materials required for partner onboarding, handbooks and guidelines, gifting, digital platforms, the partner hub and McLaren Racing Club. You will represent WEC partner activity through internal team and steering committee updates, and oversee the WEC contribution to partnership value reporting.
You will liaise with partner communications on series commercial updates, lead series workshops and support executive engagement planning. For races and events, you will produce partnership content for executive briefs and coordinate activation plans, partner run sheets, driver briefings and talent requirements. Working with Commercial Operations, you will support the trackside delivery of content requests, hospitality, meet and greets, and other contractual assets.
You will work closely with Commercial Technology to maintain accurate partner contracts, asset tracking and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records as a single source of truth. You will also help create technical integration case studies and collaborate with Communications and Brand Design on partner announcements, multichannel communications and branding approvals.
You will be accountable, organised and proactive, bringing structure to complex activity and taking ownership from planning through to delivery. You will communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and remain composed when priorities change or deadlines tighten. The role also requires adaptability, curiosity, resilience and a commercially minded approach, alongside an inclusive, respectful and hands-on working style.
Success in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences. We're committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
Every role has the potential to drive high performance. You'll be part of a team united by a shared ambition to push boundaries and embody our racing mindset. We invest in our people through opportunities to develop and grow, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
Alongside a range of wellbeing initiatives and development opportunities, we're committed to helping you build a rewarding career and make your mark at McLaren Racing.
