About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CPI Integration Suite and integration-driven projects. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting integration flows across SAP and non-SAP systems while collaborating with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Job Description

The role involves developing and supporting CPI integration flows (iFlows) and implementing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments. You will work with various integration methods, including APIs, IDOCs, web services, middleware, and file-based integrations.

You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements, coordinate end-to-end integration design and testing, and work with third-party vendors to ensure reliable data exchange. The role also includes interface monitoring, troubleshooting, post-go-live support, and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP CPI integration flows (iFlows).
• Work on integration projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Implement integrations using APIs, IDOCs, web services, middleware, and file-based methods.
• Collaborate with functional and IT teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for integration design and testing.
• Work with third-party vendors and external IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Participate in integration testing, including SIT and UAT, and resolve interface-related issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance interfaces after go-live.
• Prepare and maintain technical and interface documentation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience working on SAP CPI integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of integration methods and middleware concepts.
• Experience with APIs, IDOCs, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with functional IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable coordinating with third-party vendors and external IT teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
