• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled 10000+ entrepreneurs.

About Udhyam Maadhyam

Maadhyam is Udhyam's initiative to bridge the gap between government school students and opportunities beyond the classroom.

Working with students in Grades 9–12, the program helps them discover and access opportunities that can shape their future, from scholarships and internships to exposure visits, mentorships, courses, and employment pathways. The program also builds partnerships with organisations across sectors to curate relevant opportunities and connect them with students.

Currently embedded within government school systems across Haryana, Punjab, and Uttarakhand, Maadhyam has reached over 4,500 students within its first three months and continues to expand access to opportunities for young people who often have limited guidance and exposure.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Outreach & Partnerships to build and manage a strong network of organisations and educational institutions that can create meaningful opportunities for students in the Maadhyam community.

This is a fast paced, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving outreach, and creating partnerships that lead to tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Research what opportunities already exist in the government school ecosystem.
• Build and manage partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, and ecosystem organisations.
• Proactively identify and outreach potential partners/ institutions through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Source opportunities such as internships, scholarships, mentorships, exposure visits, apprenticeships, and jobs for Maadhyam students and alumni.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure smooth coordination of engagements.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand student needs and align partnership efforts.
• Track outreach, partnerships, and opportunities while continuously improving partnership processes.
• The role is based out of Delhi/ NCR and requires significant travel.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or similar roles, 2-3 years having worked in product, marketing or business development is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with taking initiative and experimenting
• High ownership, research & execution mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and building partnerships from the ground up. Tenacity in following up and nurturing these relationships.
• Experience in engaging with universities, colleges, training/skilling institutes, foundations, family offices is a plus.
