Ready to connect lifecycle strategy to client growth, by building journeys across email and text message and guiding the decisions behind them?

If you want to be the go-to person for marketing automation across our clients, this role is for you!

Own journeys from strategy to launch

You will be the strategic advisor and lead responsible for connecting technical capabilities directly to client commercial growth and automated customer journeys across email and text message marketing. From discovery to deployment, you’ll shape the data, triggers and lifecycle journeys that support client growth.

Here’s what you’ll own:

• End-to-end projects: You lead projects from discovery to launch, setting scope and timelines and aligning the teams involved.
• Journey building: You build multi-channel journeys in ESPs using subscriber data, segmentation and behavioral triggers.
• Optimisation: You analyse engagement, behavioral data and commercial KPIs to find and make the next improvement to each journey.
• Client advisory: You are the client’s go-to for marketing automation, turning data into clear recommendations that stakeholders can act on.
• Brand experience: You apply creative and communication standards to every touchpoint, so the brand holds up from the first message to the last.
• Knowledge sharing: You train colleagues in new tools, ESP functionality, lifecycle logic and client-handling techniques, raising the technical and commercial level.

Bring automation depth and client judgement

You’re comfortable owning work from recommendation to execution, and you can adapt when data or client needs change the plan. You make technical decisions clear and keep both commercial goals and brand experience in view.

You’ll be a good fit if you can recognise the following about yourself:

• ESP expertise: Hands-on experience building and QA’ing journeys in platforms like e.g. Klaviyo & Bloomreach, including flow logic, payloads and event triggers.
• Lead journeys: Experience building lead journeys on external lead sources, and capturing, maximising and reporting on leads.
• Data and personalisation: Practical work with zero-party data architecture, dynamic segmentation and lifecycle personalisation.
• Tech stack: Knowledge of how marketing automation connects to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, CRMs and customer data platforms.
• Analysis and advice: The ability to analyse engagement, behaviour and commercial KPIs and turn them into clear recommendations for client stakeholders.
• Client experience: Proven experience taking the lead in the room, coming across as the professional authority on marketing automation.
