Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Senior Specialist, Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Vancity’s brand to life in the places our members experience it most directly. Working from an established kit of branded elements, you will help shape how our spaces come together in a way that feels warm, inviting, and intentionally curated.
This role goes beyond execution. It requires a thoughtful eye for detail and a passion for creating environments that feel cohesive and human. You will oversee and coordinate a range of initiatives, exploring opportunities to enhance our spaces through thoughtful merchandising and finishing touches that elevate the overall member experience.

This is a full-time, 12 month contract hybrid role and will report directly to the Manager, Marketing. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to visit branch locations and be on-site for events and business demands.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $76,500 to $94,500 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
