Group Internal Audit & Investigation (GIA&I) conducts risk-based internal audits, manages Hydro’s whistleblowing channel and performs and supports investigations of reported concerns. All entities in Hydro and the most significant partly owned entities are within scope. GIA&I consists of 16 members with main office in Norway (Oslo) and units in Brazil (Rio) and US (Chicago). GIA&I reports functionally to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and administratively to the EVP Chief Financial Officer. The investigation team manages Hydro’s AlertLine for reporting concerns and is overseeing and conducting investigations of reported concerns.

• Conduct complex and high impact investigations at all levels in the organization
