Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will help verify the effectiveness of Infineon's Cyber Security & Privacy Management System, supporting compliance with international standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations while contributing to the organization's security and privacy objectives. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple business functions to sustain security certifications, drive audit and compliance activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture.

• Plan, coordinate, and support external certification combined assessment activities according to internationally recognized standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE 21434, TISAX, GSMA, Common Criteria, and IEC62443
• Conduct internal 2nd LoD cyber security audits across Infineon sites worldwide and perform security assessments of external partners, suppliers, and service providers
• Identify security gaps, non-conformities, and risks and support stakeholders in defining and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls, governance processes and compliance measures within Infineon's Cyber Security & Privacy Management System
• Collaborate with business functions and security experts to ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, verification activities, processes and tools
• Prepare audit documentation, reports, and follow-up activities to ensure effective closure of findings and recommendations
• Support projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening Infineon's global cyber security and certification landscape

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You strive to apply your expertise in cybersecurity, information security, IT audit, risk management, compliance, and security governance to assess controls, support certification activities, and strengthen organizational security and compliance practices. You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in international environments and a solid understanding of industry-recognized security frameworks and standards, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Compliance, or Consulting
• Experience conducting audits, assessments, certification activities, or compliance reviews within an international environment
• Strong understanding of internationally recognized security standards, frameworks, and certification schemes, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE21434, TISAX, IEC 62443, Common Criteria, or NIST CSF
• Knowledge of risk management, security governance, and control frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent qualifications are considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and independent working style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical functions
• Strong teamwork mindset, a high level of initiative, and the motivation to continuously improve processes and security practices
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage
