As a Senior Specialist in Implantology, you will be responsible for managing complex implant procedures, providing expert guidance to junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards in patient care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized treatment plans and contribute to the ongoing improvement of implant services.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of patients requiring dental implants.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans involving advanced implantology techniques.
• Perform complex surgical procedures including bone grafting, sinus lifts, and full mouth rehabilitation as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior specialists and dental staff to promote skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with dental technicians to ensure precision in prosthetic fabrication and implant restoration.
• Monitor post-operative patient care, managing complications and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge implantology advancements to innovate and improve clinical protocols within the organization.
• Engage in patient education, offering specialist advice and support throughout the treatment journey.

Requirements

• Dental degree with recognized specialization and valid license in Implantology.
• Extensive experience in implantology within the private healthcare sector, including management of complex cases.
• Proficient in advanced surgical procedures such as bone grafting and sinus augmentation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of supervising clinical teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple complex cases.
