Job Description

In this role, you will drive the implementation of AI and CRM technologies across HR, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will act as a technical bridge between HR stakeholders and IT, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user‑centric solutions that support the full employee lifecycle.

  • Design and manage autonomous AI‑enabled workflows to enhance HR self‑service and employee experience
  • Build and deploy AI models using Microsoft Power Platform (including AI Builder) for document processing, data extraction, and analytics
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support HR CRM use cases
  • Maintain CRM governance, security controls, and compliance with global data privacy regulations
  • Manage omnichannel HR support capabilities (chat, call, case management) within CRM
  • Own system documentation including architecture, workflows, integrations, and configuration changes
  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Support UAT, production releases, and post‑implementation optimisation
  • Analyse system performance and user feedback to continuously improve HR technology platforms
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation across HR processes and HCM integrations

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or CRM‑based platforms
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Proven experience in CRM governance, release management, and configuration management
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and global HCM modules
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience implementing AI‑driven solutions within HR or CRM environments
  • Exposure to autonomous workflow automation and advanced AI use cases
  • Project management experience delivering complex enterprise solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
