The Senior Specialist HR Operations rule works under general guidance to support background checks, Benefits administration, Time keeping, and other general HR Operations. The roles partners closely with HR Operations, Talen Acquisition and Compliance teams, Payroll and globally teams to ensure smooth execution of background checks and address any compliance-related questions, including those regarding Central Registration Depository (CRD) processes.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and support the background check process for India and US, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of background check results and related documents within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the internal compliance team to handle CRD-related questions and other compliance inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses (US ).
Utilize Case Management and Knowledge Management Systems to log and work through every inquiry on ServiceNow.
Resolve inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve the knowledge base and inform the Communications Director or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Complete required reports and data management tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of background check results and related documents within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Review and recommend changes to current HR operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the protection of privacy and confidentiality of all associate data.
Must have experience on Time Management
Benefits administration (Insurance, Mediclaim)
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in HR operations, or a related field, with a focus on background check processes preferred (India, Phil and US).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with U.S.-based teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Proficiency with HR Information Systems (Workday), Case Management Systems (Service Now), Sterling and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with U.S. background check processes and US Credit bureau is a plus.
High degree of commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of associate data.
Ability to re-prioritize tasks to meet fluctuating workflow demands.
Maintains flexibility to accommodate time zone differences and ensure smooth communication with U.S.-based teams.
Shift will be 11:30AM- 8:30PM or 1:30PM – 10:30PM
