The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Coordinating end‑to‑end training logistics; including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials, and participant communications, to support learning initiatives.
• Implement and execute the site-specific annual training plan based on learning needs analysis to ensure alignment with organizational business objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess competency and development needs, support in sourcing, evaluating, and recommend targeted learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Familiar with HRDCorp (previously HRDF) training schemes and processes.
• Have knowledge and able to use e-learning tools.

What we look for

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related studies.
• 3-5 years experiences in Learning & Development.
• Experience in managing the learning needs of an organization.
• Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills and able to interact with all level of people.
• Good planning and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ADDIE Instructional Design Model is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning authoring software (Articulate) is an added advantage
