The Role:Senior Specialist, HRBP
The Senior Specialist, HRBP provides functional HR expertise and operational governance support across Compensation & Benefits administration, Workday governance, and compliance requirements, while supporting HR Business Partnering activities to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and consistent employee experience.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR data integrity, policy adherence, and audit readiness, while enabling HRBP initiatives through strong execution and functional support.
What You’ll Do:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Administer Compensation & Benefits activities, includingoff‑cycle adjustmentsand promotions,allowancesprocessing,medical and insurance administrationandmarketsurvey
Ensure C&B actions are processed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines, approvals, and timelines
Support annual and ad‑hoc C&B exercises as required
Workday Governance
Own HR data governance and integrity within Workday
Perform job profile alignment, validation, and periodic data checks
Support Workday reporting, audits, and system controls
Partner withLead,HRBP and Advisor, HRBP to resolve system or data discrepancies
Compliance (RBA, HR Policies & Employee Handbook)
Ensurecompliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements and HR‑related audits
Maintain and update HR policies and the Employee Handbook to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment
Ensure appropriate documentation and audit readiness for HR processes
Functional Support to HR Business Partnering
Provide functional support to HRBP activities, including engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR programs
Support Employee Relations processes through documentation, tracking, and follow‑up actions
Prepare HR data, reports, and materials to support HRBP decision‑making
What We Seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum6years of relevant experience in HR operations,HR generalistorHR specialist roles
Practical exposure to core HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, orCompliance
Experience in RBA and/or Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly across multiple HR areas, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across different areas of HR
A collaborative attitude and openness to change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
